These terms cover your use of dental-cabinets.co.uk and our online surgery configurator, operated by Paneltech Industries Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 08887054, registered office Hithergreen, Clevedon BS21 6XT). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The configurator is a design aid, not a quotation
The layouts, dimensions, images and PDFs produced by the configurator are indicative only, to help you plan and to brief us. They are not a manufacturing specification, a survey, or a quotation, and do not form any contract or offer.
2. Quotations & orders
Any price we provide is an estimate based on the information available and is subject to a site survey, final drawings and our written order confirmation. Nothing becomes binding until we confirm your order in writing. Finishes and colours shown on screen are approximate — please request physical samples before committing to a colour.
3. Your responsibilities
Please check your design and details carefully before submitting. You're responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and information you provide. Once manufacture has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur cost.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its content and the configurator are owned by or licensed to Paneltech Industries Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission. Drawings and specifications we produce remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, submit malicious content, or access data that isn't yours. We may withdraw access for misuse.
6. Availability & liability
We aim to keep the site available but provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the indicative outputs of the configurator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
